The following list of original documents is required along with a completed application form:

You and any of your dependants' passports
Two passport sized photos of yourself and two photos of any dependants (with names on the back)
Previous examination results and certificates or qualifications you gained for that period
Three months' bank statements
Sponsor's authorisation letter and evidence of their financial status
Police registration certificate (if necessary, depending on country of origin)
Enrolment letter for next study period (you must either have paid the full tuition fee or a substantial amount of the deposit)
